There is a fee for accessing the images contained in the Clerk’s Office Land Records System. You may use the indexes without a fee. The method of access for images will be via a “Monthly Subscription.” A complete explanation of this method may be accessed by clicking on “Subscriber Agreement” below. By law, all users must fill out and file an original of the “Registration Form,” also accessed below. Every user must submit a registration form and subscriber agreement. We also require a background check on all users. The “Applicant Release and Authorization Form” accessed below, must be completed and submitted with a $15.00 processing fee payable to Suffolk Circuit Court.
